Driver Signing Issues on Windows 10

We are preparing for a Windows 10 rollout and when installing the Pulse Client (version 5.1.9 (61697)) windows has started refusing to install the Pulse Secure TDI driver saying a digitally signed driver is required. Two questions:
1. Is there a solution to this that doesn't involve upgrading the client or changing the Windows security settings?
2. Do I need the TDI driver if I am only using the client for VPN tunnelling (it seems to work ok)?

Re: Driver Signing Issues on Windows 10

1. I don't believe so. The TDI driver should be installed only when using the WSAM access mechanism; there were compatibility issues with Windows 10 that are not resolved until 5.2R6 of the Pulse client
2. The VPN/L3 access mechanism should work without the TDI driver enabled
