ERR::NET_NAME_NOT RESOLVED Junos pulse client

My Pulse clients showing this error after connected and trying to access the bookmarks. Anybnody experienced this issue before. only few users experiencing this issue.

A few questions:

What operating system were you running on? Which Pulse client were you using (Pulse, NC, other) and which version? If there was a browser involved, which browser? Where did you see the error message (client UI popup? browser message? elsewhere?)

Its on Android L. Phone model is Samsung Note 5. downloaded Junos Pulse from Google play.
its a pop up message and after while automatically fading out.
