ERR31093 - Program web recently failed

Can anyone help me understanding this error please. Firt time that it occurs and I couldn't find information on Internet.
I saw that a snapshot 'Process snapshot for web' was generated but I don't know how to use it.

Cluster in active/passive mode
Model: MAG-SM360
Current version: 8.2R5.1 (build 50797)

It means that the daemon handling web traffic, including VPN tunnels, had an issue and restarted itself (crashed).
If it was a one-time thing, chances are high that it was an anomaly and would be hard to diagnose; if it is continuing, I would recommend opening a case; were there any recent changes on deployed applications?

Yes, It occured yesterday and it was the first and only time.

Recent changes are:
- Deactivation of SSL Legacy Renegotiation Support option
- Deactivation of SSLv3 and use of TLS 1.0 on Outbound connections
- Renew of a device certificate

I don't know if it's related but we also had an incident 3 days ago, the master went suddenly down, it was recovered after it was rebooted but orange led light is still observed on both appliances for hard disk. We are currently using the slave node as active.
