Enterprise Guest Access

I would like to know if it's possible to install an Enterprise Guest Access on a MAG2600 that is already running as a SSL VPN appliance.

Hi Cheikh,

I understand that you need to know the  possiblity  to install an Enterprise Guest Access on a MAG2600 that is already running as a SSL VPN appliance.

No, you cannot  install an Enterprise Guest Access on a MAG2600 that is running SSL VPN appliance however  you can change the personality  of this MAG 2600 to load as Unified Access Control device using the 

System Maintenance>Change Personality option availble SSL VPN admin GUI .

Once you change the personality of the device by loading the UAC package, you can install  Enterprise Guest Access license on MAG 2600 and use it as a EGA appliance.

But in this case would it be possible to change a newly ordered license for enterprise guest access licenser with another feature license

You would need to get in touch with your Juniper sales team. Typically once a license is cut there is nothing that can be done. They would have to arrange to have a new license issued for you.
