After 3 consecutive login failed attempt pulse secure blocked my connection ( IP I guess)
with error 1330: Logins temporarily disabled from this computer.
Only way I can re-connect is to change the connection ( using my phone hotspot).
Things I tried:
+Uninstalling/installing Pulse secure ( differents versions)
+Restart router/Resting router
@Taedee You have to contact the VPN admin to know about the lockout time period. It can be set to default 120 secs or changed to a higher value.
