Error on Citrix server " can not connect to citrix metaframe XenApp server. "

Hi,

We have hosted citrix web URL through WSAM on SA 4000

http://1.1.1.1/citrix/abcplateform

All other application hosted on same sever is working fine. We have hosted three more server 1.1.1.2, 1.1.1.3 and 1.1.1.4.All applications hosted on above three servers I have pulished on actual citrix server i.e 1.1.1.1. Now when ever I am trying to connect new applications I am getting below error:-

can not connect to citrix metaframe XenApp server. There is no citix XenApp server configured on the specified addressÓ

Can some one help me to resolve this issue.

Have you verified that you have the Web Interface running on http://1.1.1.1 ?

What version of Xenapp are you running?

Instead of using the "web interface" for Citrix via SA4000 we've gone to publishing apps directly through the SA4000 (quite nice, less clicking for users). You can use a "terminal session" to create a link to your citrix farm.

I use a test account to verify that it'll publish the app, then I use the <USERNAME> <PASSWORD> variable to allow it to dynamically create the published app list based on the user login.
