Error while connecting to Juniper SSL VPN

Hi Guys, I am getting error while connecting to SSL VPN- see the below error and let me know what will be resolution to this-

THE SECURE GATEWAYDENIED THE CONNECTION REQUEST FROM THIS CLIENT

(nc.windows.app.23791) Please help here.

Thanks alot Keith for the Document but under that solution is "

Please set software firewall to allow dcncservice.exe to help prevent nc.windows.app.23791." can you please let me know do i need to do this step in mylaptop if yes where to do this.

or if i need to do this step ion SSL VPN where to do that?

I am not familiar with the error but in reading the KB - the fix is to be done on the PC side - NOT the SSL VPN. Here is a link to another (non Juniper) forum that talks at length about this problem and gives you some troubleshooting tips in addition to what is shown in the KB.
