The problem occured when we implemented the load balancing with F5 BigIP.

At the same time we also implemented EX2010 with "failover" to EX2007 for users not yet migrated to EX2010. The EX2007 has it's own OWA interface with it's own URL.

If you do not do failover, does the connection work successfully? Does either OWA instance work?

Update:

I have now noticed that it is ONLY EX2007-users that is affected.
