External Connection

Hello,

i have created and set up a local authentication profile, user roles, User Authentication Relams,...etc. (for external Connection) in Pulse Secure Applince.
I added a user for testing but when i try to login (extern) i get the error:

"Sign in not possible. Please contact the administrator" !!!!

please, Do you have a suggestion?

can you check that your role mapping at users>user realms>realmName>role mapping allows that user to login?
