Failed to connect to the Juniper Unified Network Service (After iOS update to 10.14.4)

Hello,

After updating my laptop to the latest version of iOS, which currently is 10.14.4, I started Junos Pulse and all my saved connections disappeared from the list.

So I tried adding the connection but then I received an error message:

"Failed to connect to the Juniper Unified Network Service"

Another step I tried is manually starting the service through the command line.

launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.juniper.AccessService.plist

But this didn't help a lot, the connection is now displayed in the list, but hangs on "Connect requested".

Screenshot of the result:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Resolved.

Simply removing all Junos related software, rebooting and installing Junos over again, solved my issue after a few times.

Thank you for letting us know that this is unexpectedly working. Based on your screenshot, macOS 10.14 is not supported pre-5.3
