Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure Unified Network Service on Mac Os High Sierra 10.13.6

I've used Pulse Secure(9.1.3 1313) for two years, but suddenly it doesn't work just after restarting my computer about month ago. It showed "Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure Unified Network Service" whatever I wrote in the blank "server URL". I tried kinds of methods but still cann't sovle the problem. There is aslo no antivirus / antimalware product on my computer.

Even when I tried to open and save the pulse client logs, their is no respond. So I copy this from the package cotents and hope it would help.

Thanks!
