Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service on Mac

Hello,

I was using this for about a year and about 2 days ago the program will not run i get a message  "Pulse Secure will damage your computer you should move it to the trash"

I have a IMac running on Ventura

i was able to download it I added it to Developer tools to run software that does not meet systems security policy 

i get a pop up screen on my desktop telling to move Pulse secure to the trash
