I have the some issue, can please sombody help me.
Hello, when troubleshooting these types of issues, please try the following to assist in troubleshooting.
1. Can you ping the PCS appliance from a terminal window by IP address and dns name? Does the DNS name resolve to the correct IP address?
2. Can you take s packet capture (Wireshark or TCP DUMP) on the Mac and see if the session is attempting an HTTPS connection from the Mac to the PCS appliance? If you are familiar with TCP troubleshooting, is the TLS handshake happening? Do you see the Server Hello and Client Hello messages?
3. Are you running an antivirus / antimalware product that can blacklist or block traffic from specific applications? Does disabling it, as a test, allow the connection?
4. If you have access to the PCS appliance admin interface, do you see any log messages relating to your public IP address and username?
5. Does your organization have another appliance in a different region that you can connect to? Does that work?
If the above doesn't help you resolve the issue, then we would request that you open a support case with us so we can better assist you.
Thank you

Pulse Secure
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
Password:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist: Path had bad ownership/permissions
Load failed: 122: Path had bad ownership/permissions
Any ideas? It stopped working just after I upgraded to macos 11.0.1
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
Password:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist: Path had bad ownership/permissions
Load failed: 122: Path had bad ownership/permissions
I just upgraded to macos 11.0.1. Any ideas?
FYI, I tried:
sudo chown root:wheel /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
sudo chmod o-w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
After which the Pulse Secure window suddenly showed the previous connections that I used to have...
Doesn't this mean the installer is incorrectly installing itself on macos 11.0.1?
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to solve the problem, because now when I try to connect to one of my previous connections, I get a "waiting to connect" message, which includes "Details: Network Error"
Update: I am able to get Pulse Secure to connect now. I restarted, so perhaps that was necessary to completely update the service. However, the permission issues seems like something that the installer should be handling.

Good morning, is this thread still being moderated? I'm having an issue with Pulse on a Mac. I keep getting the " Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service" window after uninstalling all and rebooting and then reinstalling. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnx
Hi,
I have done your guide and sitting on MacOS Big Sur and get the same. The terminal command said that there were no LaunchDeamons file in the directory.
And also did your log step with no success. Is there a workaround for this to work?
