Hi Guys! Good News! Last night even though I installed this "PulseSecure-9.1R12.dmg" client exact version, it still did not work but today I tried again and did nothing but it just worked automatically.

I am having a very similar problem. I was able to connect withou any problems yesterday but today when I tried no connection was established. I tried re-installing and now I get the "Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service" error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I kind of have the same problem. I can connect from a browser, iPhone, Windows PC, but Mac keeps disconnecting and asking for 2fa code. I have a log file, but can't diagnose where the problem is. Please help.
@praprotnix I believe VPN disconnection is different than the actual issue that's reported in this thread.
