Trying to connect with Pulse Secure through their VPN but constantly get this error message:
Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service
Updated Mac to macOS Catalina 10.15.4 and reinstalled it at least 8 times.
What could be blocking Pulse's VPN?
Pulse Secure Access Service must be disabled on the macOS workstation, which will not reversed even by uninstallation process.
Please check the behavior after executing the below command from terminal while having the Pulse Client installed on the machine and let me know if it helps.
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist
Please provide the detailed level pulse client logs for review. Send the download link via PM.
1. Open Pulse Client.
2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "anystring"
3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed.
4. Replicate the issue. wait for few seconds after opening Pulse Client.
5. File >> Logs >> Save as.
What was the outcome of this issue after looking at the Log file?
