@robertkj Based on the logs, the workstation appears to be either macOS or Linux. Can you please let me what Java JRE version being used on the machine?

Has it ever worked before in the past?

I have this same issue, with JRE java version 8 update 291 on macOS Big Sur Version 11.1.

can you test with a jre prior to 181 and see if the behavior is resolved, please? there is an issue we are investigating with jre versions newer than that
