File Access from Mobile devices with Host Checker?

Hello - Normally, when you login to the PSA URL, using a mobile device, you are able to download the files via the bookmark on the page.

However, if the realm has the host checker enabled you recieve and error that you are unable to access that page.

Is there any functionality that allows for easy access to download files for realms that have host checker enabled? I downloaded the "Pulse Secure for Android App" and was able to successfully connect to the realm. The App did not seem to have any of the bookmarks that the web page has. It only seems to initiate a VPN connection.

Any ideas?

Per the policy, the device must pass host checker. This is set via your IT team. Please check with them if maybe there is an alternative for those files needed.

The device does pass the host checker while using the Pulse Secure Android App. The problem is that the App does not have the same features that the web portal does, it only establishes a VPN connection, and does not have any of the resources easily listed out for the user, like the web portal does natively. This also impacts HTML5 (Guacamole) access which is also listed on the website but not the app.

Perhaps Pulse secure can look into adding this functionality. We could use a third party tool for access, after we establish a connection using the app,  but it would be nice to have this built into all aspects of the device.

No, the mobile devices do not support downloading files.
The mobile clients are for using VPN, yes, you are correct.
