Hello, not sure I have this in the right forum so I do appologize up front.
I've got a client with an SA2500. They have clients that connect remotely to upload files. The files get saved on an internal server. What's happening is that clients will upload files and all looks good. When an internal user at my client hits the server to retrieve that file, the extension is missing.
Any ideas?
Doesn't happen to all uploads or users. Just some. It's hard to duplicate for sure. I have yet to find anything anywhere in regards to this. Server AV is not set to block or stip, not sure where to look next.
Thanks!
Hi,
does this happen to all types of files like .zip,.xls,.jpeg etc or just specific file types?
Regards,
Jay
Hi
Better to check your client server configuration.
My recommendation to use SSL-VPN built-in File Browsing access mechanism,
Files
File resource profiles enable/disable access to network file systems and directories.
You can create Windows and Unix Type resources
Known Issues and limitations when using the built-in (web based) File Browsing access mechanism

Hi Zanterp,

We want him to try with SSL-VPN features, "Files upload".

thank you for the confirmation of the access mechanism. it should work without an issue; if you haven't done so yet, please open a case with JTAC.
