We seem to have an issue when some staff are travelling abroad that after they connect to the VPN, they have no network or Internet access?
When they return to their normal country, the VPN works fine.
My guess is there might be some external network issue possibly but I'm not sure how to prove this? Or could it be any setting on the system? We don't have any restriction on IP address or location setup in Pulse.
were you able to collect logs for an instance of this happening? without any data, i would guess that you are correct it is an unexpected external issue. is it always regardless of where they go or only a specific country?
