I need a web page where my VPN users can download new connection sets and/or upgrades.  I can see documentation that implies this is normal/standard but I have no idea where to start and connot find any docmentation on "How to"  --  We don't use "Automatic Uprade" on the appliance but I need to send out a new connection set to those who need it (Random group) - Can someone either walk me through how to, or suggest another wat you deliver connection sets.  I inherited this appliance and it's in a mess..

sorry it is a mess
if you do not have web deployment enabled (Maintenance>System>Options), you will not be able to send out new versions of the client. You will do upgrades as you do other software that is controlled by IT.
You can update connection sets by sending users the preconfig file and having them import the connection set using jamCommand; you may be able to do the same with your software controller (e.g. SCCM); if users login in to the web, they can click on "start" and the connection set defined for their role will be pushed down to the client.

well, there might be a little tiny straw...

yes, without 'update via internet' u will not get any update for the pdc software itself.

but, u still will be able to update the connectionsets, maybe without the components...

we realised this at a customer:

*configure the connectionsets for 'dynamic update'. - so you can get basically an update via dialin.

*disable 'Allow user to override connection policy'.

*configure a dedicated component set
*configure a realm/role, so no productive environment is disturbed.

*get to role/vpn tunneling/pulse secure client setting and choose ur component set.

...bad side of the coin: after user get the update, user were not able anymore to edit themselves any connection in pdc.

you can choose to allow/disallow user connections and changes as well as connect/disconnect
