Google Policy violation: Unsupported content - Free desktop software

Hi,

Today our Google Adwords account was suspended because they say we are in violation of their policy, because our PCS service is in a subdomain of our company and it can not distribute free software.

The PCS url which distribute the free software is

https://xxxx/dana-na/setup/download.cgi

Google Policy:

Does anyone have this problem before? Any idea how to solve this without have a new domain?

Was this in relation to a web crawler picking up the login pages of the PCS device? What version of code are you running?
