We are running Pulse Connect Secure 8.2R7.2 (build 55673) and are experiencing an issue where SSL VPN sessions are disconnected and logged off while the user is _active_ in an open HTML5 RDP connection. [I am aware of the similarly reported issue in KB40304, but that was listed as resolved in 8.2R6.]
The user role has 30 minute idle timeout defined, which appears to be what is triggering the forced disconnetion, but this happens while the user is actively using and interacting in the HTML5 RDP connection. From user access logs and timing it would appear that, at least under some circumtances, that the HTML5 RDP connection is not even being seen as "activitiy" at all and the session is disconnected 30 minutes after the initial PCS login (or the last time the user "interacted" with the PCS web interface).
Has anyone else experienced this? I do have a ticket open with support, but I thought I would try here as well.
I have seen an issue resolved in 8.3R1 which is similar - After about a period of time, the session gets reset(i.e I could not scrollback to the previous screens). Not 100% sure of your issue if same but did you try to test 8.3 and verify if still occuring?

Yes, we were finally able to upgrade to 8.3R4 but the problem persists at seemingly random intervals.
