Hard Disk Crashed

I am having a SA4000 SSL VPN Box, unfortunately its HardDisk has crashed and the SA4000 Box is not coming up at all.

While accessing the Box through Console POST and the BIOS is reachable.... and Box is rebooting as it is not able to find any boot files in there.

I have purchased a Blank Hard Disk from the market but don't know how to ready it for the SSL BOX.

I also have the package File with me "j-sa-7.1R3.0-b18671-package.pkg".

Can any one help me with this...?

I don't think Hard disk can be replaced by user with SA OS. This only can be done at Juniper facilities. You can contact Jtac to replace the device.

In that case i must have a running Service contract with Juniper, which is not with me. Thats why i am trying it out here.

Try contacting Juniper sales team if they can help you. But I don't see any way to do this in user level.
