Help: Applet unable to connect to client's loopback address

Hi,

We are serving a Java Applet from a webserver that needs to connect to a loopback address on the client's machine. This is consistenly failing with the following exception stack trace:
java.io.IOException: Unable to open connection
at com.neoteris.NeoterisSocket.a(Unknown Source)
at com.neoteris.NeoterisSocket.a(Unknown Source)
at com.neoteris.NeoterisSocket.<init>(Unknown Source)
at com.neoteris.NeoterisSocket.<init>(Unknown Source)
at com.jcraft.jsch.Util.createSocket(Util.java:221)

The socket we are trying to connect to is: 127.0.0.200 61999

Normally I expect the SA to proxy all my socket connections through the SA and to the backend webserver, but how do I exclude individual sockets? Is this what is even causing the lack of connectiviity (the fact that the SA is proxying all socket connections)? I have configured the Java ACL to allow the connection, but I am still getting the same exception. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have spent all weekend on this problem!!!

Thanks,

Nicholas
