Home directory - AD attribute question

We have a PSA-7000c and we have recently changed the way we use a user attribute field within Active Directory this used to contain the file path to the home directory and created a file bookmark but now the user attribute contains 0365 and so for some staff/students we dont require this being a file bookmark but currently is appearing as a file bookmark - Presuming because this field in Active Directory has something in?

Any idea of how to stop this appearing based on the above information?
Would this be in the Windows ACL ? (Resource Policies > Windows File Access Policies )

currently
Initial File Browsing Policy Allow \\*
then
Allow \\\\*

Re: Home directory - AD attribute question

This would be at Users>User Roles>roleName>General (uncheck file browsing)
OR
This would be at Users>User Roles>roleName>Files>Windows Bookmarks (delete the bookmark)

Re: Home directory - AD attribute question

HI there
sorry for the late reply, i'm not after the rule being deleting. I'm after one being it deciding what is in that attribute, ie the path to the home drive or the number 0365,
Then - based on that - showing or not showing the bookmark.

Current time it is showing the bookmark regardless.

Re: Home directory - AD attribute question

Thank you for clarifying; I apologize for misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, this is not something that can be done; if the bookmark is attribute-based, it will be shown and cannot be not shown based on the contents of the variable.
