Symptomatically, jgherrin, you are running into an issue that we recently identified & fixed with IE 9 interop. The next time you have users experience this behavior, can you please remove the following files and try again:

From the IE cache folder, PleaseWait.js

%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupDLL.dll
%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupClient.exe

Yes, we will try that on the next user reporting the issue.

I just worked with a user having the issue, could not find the files below on the machine.

From the IE cache folder, PleaseWait.js
%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupDLL.dll
%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupClient.exe

 

Ran http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 with Delete Personal Settings selected to resolve the issue

hmmm; glad to hear that the solution you have in place is working successfully

I am sorry that what I thought it was, symptomatically similar, was not the fix for you.
