I just worked with a user having the issue, could not find the files below on the machine.
From the IE cache folder, PleaseWait.js
%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupDLL.dll
%appdata%\juniper networks\setup client\JuniperSetupClient.exe
Ran http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 with Delete Personal Settings selected to resolve the issue
