Host Checker policies could not be evaluated

I have a single user that is unable to get connected using pulse. The message in the log says Host Checker policies could not be evaluated. He has connected successfully in the past.

 

I can't find any kb's on this particular message. Does anyone know if this is related to a local firewall on the client? The message sounds like something is keeping the host checker from scanning the client.

Hi,

 

What is the operating system of the host that user is connecting from, also what is the pulse version and SA OS version?

 

Pulse 3.0x has some features that only work with 7.2 SA OS, for example host checking for AV on MAC
