Host checker - clicked no - wont connect

I accidently clicked no in this popup

and because of that pulse never connects. i have uninstalled and reinstalled pulse, reset ie, deleted local profile. 

does anyone know how to force that popup to appear again?

Hi,

That's weird. Host checker component download consent will be presented to the users everytime when they login, if the Host checker was not installed on the machine during the time of connection.

What is the error message displayed on the browser?

Are you using IE or Chrome, Firefox, others?
