Hostchecker error Server has not received any information for this policy W10

Hello team,

I've few users that hostchecker fails with error "Server has not received any information for this policy".

Access is through browser (Chrome and Edge Chrome) and OS is Windows 10.

PCS server is 9.1R11.4
All componens (PSAL, hostchecker...) have been uninstalled and installed on users PC.

All information that I've found is about MacOS, nothing Windows. What could be happenning?

are you using a cache cleaner policy?
unfortunately, the known issues on windows should be resolved by that release; if you have not done so, please open a case with support

We aren't use chache cleaner policy.

This error has happened on two different PCS platforms. Ok, we'll open case with support.
