How Many SM360 could we put in one cluster

today i have 2 MAG 6611 with 2 SM360 in the first one and 2 SM360 in the other one

this 4 sm360 are in only one cluster

my question was:

if i put 2 new SM360 in each MAG6611, could i Integrate them in my existing cluster ?

so is it possible to have a cluster with 8 SM360 ?

No. The max is 4 for sm-360.

today I take a risk on adding my four new sm360 in my cluster

and it work's

now in my config i have a cluster with eight SM360 the software is : "sa-7.1R6.0"

Thank you for the information.  This looks like a code issue.  Technically, SM-360 for SA only support up to 4 nodes in a A/A cluster.  SM-360 for IC/UAC support up to 8 nodes.  Since the MAG are dual personality between SA and IC/UAC, it seems the proper restrictions are not set for clustering between IC and SA.  We will resolve this issue in a later release.
