How to get access to Secure Access DTE?

I'd like to do some hands-on practice with the Secure Access DTE, with the goal of getting certified on the SA product.

But it seems that the SA DTE download is restricted, what kind of access is needed to be able to download it? Is a partnership with Juniper or a valid product license required?

When you get the restricted download page.  Just click on the request access button on the page.

These get reviewed and approved for access. 

If that feature is not working, just open a "customer care" ticket on the JTAC support portal and request the access.
