How to increase font size of remote windows machine via HTML5?

I'm connecting to my client's windows machine via HTML5.  The font size of that windows machine is a little bit small so I want to adjust it to make it a little bit bigger but I can't do it via the Safari browser. Do you know how I can do that? I'm using MacBook Pro 15 inch.

I believe the only way to adjust the font size on the remote machine is to configure that value on the remote system. If you change the font on the Windows machine, does it look better on your Mac?

I thought there might be a way to adjust the remote machine's display resolution via HTML5. I was able to do that when I was using RDP (Windows to Windows).  The only way I have access to that Windows machine is via HTML5 so I can't change its display settings.

You can set the resolution on the bookmark, yes, with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080
If you are using the HTML5 launcher, yes, you are correct that it cannot be changed

My client provided me with the HTML5 link from Pulse Connect Secure and I just clicked on it then I can see the remote machine. When I right click mouse on the remote Windows machine then it's set to 1920x1080.  I'd like to make it a little bit bigger so it's easier to see.

What do you mean by "set the resolution on the bookmark" please?

It looks like the admin at your client already configured it
I wanted to make sure that when the access you clicked on was configured it was set to the maximum

Do you know why we can't adjust the remote Windows computer's screen resolution via the html 5 approach?  Is it because of the Pulse software?

I was able to adjust the remote machine's resolution if I use Windows to Windows via RDP approach.

It is due to how the HTML5 configuration is done, yes. The admin sets the resolution for each connection.

so the person who set up the html 5 link for me can make the resolution larger for me?

If it is not already set to 1920x1080, yes
If your resolution is already set to 1920x1080, as it looks like from earlier comments, that is the highest supported
