How to send RADIUS traffic to a VLAN?

So, I have two VLANs configured on my SA-6500, and I have a RADIUS server sitting behind one of those VLANs. I thought it would be a simple matter of configuring the RADIUS server and configuring a static route to that server on the VLAN, but we are not seeing the traffic pop out where expected.

The Internal port, for odd design reasons, it not under our control, but we have full ability to NAT traffic and whatnot if it enters this VLAN port, or the management port.

Is there a way to either force RADIUS traffic to a VLAN port, or to the Management port? If it is naturally going to the Management port, is it just a matter of configuring the RADIUS server to have an IP on that network, and then NATing it over to the proper IP address at the next layer 3 hop?

Thanks,

Russ

No; it is available only on the internal port
