Hi Myky, trying to understand the requirement -- you just needed to know how to create an account in the PCS appliance with VPN Profile (pulse) for a new customer?

If so, depending on the auth method you wan to use whether local auth or external auth server like AD or LDAP, you can create user account in those auth server first, then once created, create a role, then a realm, then signing-in policy (URL). Then create new VPN profile/policy and provide IP pool, assign to the role.
