How to submit a Request for Feature Enhancement?

I have some feature requests concerning our SSL VPN (SA2000) that I would like to submit.
I've been looking on the website for ages but I can't find how to submit an RFE.
Can you guys help me out?

In the past I just told our local SE, e.g. the wish of the IVE talking RIP / OSPF....

Ohterwise I would just open a ticket. I would guess they might forward this to the right people.

Hi Pieter,

Ben is right. The ER should be handled by your SE. Track him/her down and explain your requirements to them and they'll translate that into a formal ER. They'll also be able to identify if you're asking for something that is already available in a new version of code or if it should be working that way (i.e. you found a bug :-) )
