I am seeing the redirect problem with firefox 2.0.0.11

I am seeing this problem here with a lot of our external users, who are usng firefox or opera;

Which I believe is a summary of our problem from juniper.net, and it says that it will be fixed in 6.0R3.1, we are currently running 6.0R1 (build 12023)

However reading the release notes for 6.0R3.1, it doens't mention a fix for that issue.

Should I install that update?

Ah, ignore that I was looking at the screen OS doc rather than the IVE OS doc. Agg. I am getting access denied on that other link... :-(

Well I reached it after loggin in, via support -> download software -> IVE OS -> 6.0

If you can not access these pages even if logged in I would suggest to contact your local SE for that or create an RMA Case.

But it's a quote from the Relnotes, so no worries. Smiley Wink

Yes, unfortunately the release-notes for that product requires a login with the correct roles (they're posted to the download area). Please contact our customer care team (you can open a case via Case Manager on our support site) and they'll get your account straightened out. Meanwhile I will send you a copy via email.
