I cannot connect Pulse Secure with Cisco Anyconnect connection.

I need support for a connection problem, when I connect Cisco Anyconnect VPN, the Pulse Secure connection does not load and keeps trying to connect, the error message 1115 appears. I have flushdns, updating to the latest version of Pulse (9r11) and it does not pass nothing. I need to connect both VPNs, I have tried it with another computer and these connections are working without a problem. Could anyone find the solution to this?

are you trying to have them up simultaneously (which is not supported) or have both both installed?
can you delete both, reboot, and then install pulse first and then cisco; if that does not change the behavior, delete them again, reboot, install cisco and then pulse, please?
