if its just certain users receiving this message, say 3 of 50, delete their user record and have them log in again. i found that this error pos up when a user record gets corrupted.
1- it looks like you are using a different proxy server
2- it looks like the browser has different proxy options under IE Internet options > Connections > LAN settings.
If "Auto detect proxy option" is enabled, try disabling itbecause it is not suported
ref http://kb.pulsesecure.net/KB9245 for supported proxy settings
Apart from the proxy, what are the differences between the working and the non working scenario ? Are you using the same SA infrastructure in each case ? Why do you get a different PAC file and proxy setting from the same PAC URL? Is this a WAN cluster or something ? How many users are having this issue ? Is it reproduceable or happen randomly ?
