I applied 7.1 on production this weekend. I have about 180 users. I tested against my DTE appliance. All my tests and most of my users upgraded without a hitch. About a dozen so fare failed durring the update. This left the client unable to connect, or missing the SA connection string. All but one of those cases were resolved by uninstall, reboot, reisntall from the Web profile. One user was never able to reconnect after reinstall. I did the whole unisntall, reset IP and Winsock, reboot routine but no luck. That users had a Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter Manager # 2 entry in Device Manager. Deleting that entry and reinstalling did not resolve the issue, the entry returned after reinstall. The only thing that stands out about that user is that he had an older verison of Safenet VPN client installed. I'm checking the other users for similar issues. I've attached the client logs if anyone is interested.
