Using a Mag6000, I have a remote user that cant connect via her laptop. Logging reports the following error:
The control parameters were found to be tampered while launching the terminal services bookmark
On the PC it reports that the Juniper Terminal Server client could not start.
We have a java client configured for non IE browsers, and trying from chrome got the same results.
Anyone ever seen this error reported for a remote user?
I tried disabling antivirus software on the laptop as well but same result with it disabled. I hope to contact support once we straighten out the serial numbers not being assigned to our account but thought I could check to see if anyone else has run into this.
