IVS license for a SA Cluster

Hi there,

For IVS license in a SA cluster, do we need 1 or 2 IVS license in a cluster?

We need two licenses.

Hi Michael,

it depends on what licensing scheme are you using

1. if you are using a scheme where one node has all the feature and IVS license and other node has cluster license, you will need 1 IVS license on the node which has the feaure and advanced licenses

2. in the new licensng scheme where you join 2 nodes where each node has feature and advanced licenses and there is no requirement for clusiter license on any of the nodes, you will need IVS license on both nodes.
