Import Certificates as interface cert

Dear All

We got a certificates with zip format, containing totally 3 cert file, and we have been told that this certifciate is for our SA4500 as interface cert, but the import certificates page on SA4500 required as a Password key, but seem we doesn't have such password

Can you provide me some suggestion on this?

Thank you

Re: Import Certificates as interface cert

Hi,

If this is device certificate, navigate to System--->configuration--->device certificates and then create a certificate signing request and then send the request to a CA, the CA will send you the certificate which you can import by clicking on the pending CSR and importing the certificate.

If it is not a device certificate, try importing the certs under System--->configuration--->trusted client CA's.

Regards,

Jay

Was a CSR generated from the SA device?  If not, you'll want to go back to where the CSR file was generated and install it on the corresponding server.  Once installed, you'll need to export the certificate with the private key and import on the SA device.

What are the three files? Do the names correspond to the fields of the import options?
