Importing Certificate

Hi, I was able to enable external port for remote administration. But definitely, I would like to import a certificate for security. Generate a CSR in a Windows Server via IIS, used that csr and created the certificate via Digicert.

Downloaded the .cer file but my question is, where do I import this .cer file? I can see 5 menus for certificate.

I tried to import it via device certificate but it says import failed. Am I going on the wrong menu?

Hello Jeff,

Under the following portion of the screenshot given, you should have a pending csr.  If you click on this, it should take you to a page where you can import the following file.

Why didn't you generate the CSR from the SSL box itself?

Oh, if the csr was not generated from the SA, then you can install on the Window Server and export with the private key.  This should give you a pfx file which you can import to the SA device.
