Please uninstall the Antivirus application, reboot the machine and try the installation again.
Can you please provide the MSI install logs for review: Execute the following command from command prompt (run the cmd as admin to avoid log file creation issues):
msiexec /i <MSI path> /l*v <Log file path>
Log file path - AnyDrive(C/D/E):\msi-install.txt.
