Installation Pulse Secure 5.1 Failure on Windows 10 Home : Rollback halfway through copying files

I'm installing Windows10_ps-pulse-win-5.1r3.2-b56743-64bitinstaller.msi in a windows 10 home. im getting error below.

Product: Pulse Secure -- Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.  Custom action writeTncConfigFile.D7CCF602_E814_4416_8EC5_24D6FEA3289C script error -2147319780, :  Line 9, Column 9,

i already tried setting the MaxNumberFilter to 14 but still not working. Any help will be great!

Are you able to use a supported version of Pulse? Windows 10 is not supported in that release of the Pulse client
