Installation Pulse Secure 5.3.4. gets Failed on Windows 10: Rollback after few minutes error 1721

We are facing an issue while installing “ps-pulse-win-5.3r4.1-b1183-64bitinstaller.msi” i.e. newer version over the old version of pulse secure 5.2.7. Application is giving error 1721 and not allowing us to overwrite the application.

Solution Tried: http://pingtool.org/junos-pulse-vpn-client-install-issue-roll-back/ but no benefit as we are having Windows 10.

Installation Syntax: msiexec.exe /i "ps-pulse-win-5.3r4.1-b1183-64bitinstaller.msi" CONFIGFILE="C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Temp\PulseCP2018\Internal2018.pulsepreconfig" /qb

Do you have Jabber or other Cisco products installed? Do you have CrowdStrike installed?
I would recommend working with support to identify the specific conflict for your users
