Installation failure with rollback on Windows 10

I had failed install Pulse Secure.  The install exits and rolls back.  Some of the errors from the MSI install log are below.  I have gone through many of the posts in the forum but nothing has worked.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is the windows 10 and pulse client version?

fresh install or upgrade?

manual installation or web portal installation?

Silent rollback or any error message presented?

Can you please private message (don't post them to public) me the MSI install logs, setupapi.dev.log, setupapi.setup.log for review? preferrably, upload the logs to any filedrive and share the download link.
