Installation roll-back

When I try to install pulse secure, ps-pulse-win-5.3r5.0-b1491-64bitinstaller, the installation rolls back.

I am on Windows 7 professional 64bit and I've already tried two things:

- Uninstall my antivirus (BitDefender)

- Change the value of MaxNumFilters to 14 hexdecimal in regedit

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I recommend to look into the MSI installation logs and compare with the below knowlegde base article.
