we have an internal https resource with certificate from our internal root authority. When we try to open this website, we get the following error message:
Cannot establish a secure connection to the URL. Check if this connection requires 'http:' instead of 'https:'. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Made https request for GET /adfs/ls/IdpInitiatedSignon.aspx HTTP/1.1 adfs.domain.local:443.
The root certificate is already added to Trusted Server CA's.
We have other websites where this is working without any problem.
Thank you for the update; I am glad it works after disabling SNI I would recommend you contact your account team and ask them to put in an enhancement for SNI support with SAML authentication (and general rewrite access)
