I have a test box running Windows XP w/IE-8 on it. Basic functionality like browsing file shares, running terminal services sessions, WSAM, NC all work ok.

Having issues with some, but not all Java applets - some that work just fine on every platform out there like ProperJava RDP are not launching correctly under IE-8.

I would not put it into a production environment that is for sure. I am running 6.3r something (can't remember right now)

Try running IE8 in compatibility mode. They may allow you to use it.

What level of support is available in 6.4R1 now that it and IE8 are generally available? The KB has not been updated yet.

IE 8 is fully supported in 6.4R1 and higher. The KB will be updated shortly.
